Yoga
This is a Vinyasa-flow type class, integrating breathing with stretching and strengthening exercises. Benefits of yoga include improved balance, flexibility and core strength, relaxation, and reflief from back and knee pain. Yoga also enhances sports performance and minimizes the risk of injury.
Class size is small, so it's perfect for beginners or experienced students; you will get individual attention based on your needs.
